Recycling To Learn Maths!
The students in Grade 3 are learning about the relationship between multiplication and division as they practice their 9 times tables. They have been creating arrays with reused plastic bottle tops. The results are colourful, tangible examples of groups of 9s. Getting our hands busy making things and exploring the meaning of mathematical concepts is fun!
