Student Wellbeing and Healthy Habits
As we have transitioned to online learning we have taken the opportunity to focus on our students mental and physical well-being, not only through exercise but also by learning about sleep hygiene and habits, keeping a positive outlook and the importance of various nutritional guidelines, particularly during this uncertain time. We have implemented sprints and fitness ‘homework’ as a way to keep active and train both our alactic and aerobic system which we have discussed at length in previous months, and I am sure we will return to school feeling better, faster and mentally tougher.
